About this map: This is LiberiaData’s first fully interactive, data-driven county map — built entirely on verified geographic boundary data and official census figures. It replaces the static image previously shown on this page and the outbound link to third-party mapping services.

All data is sourced from Liberian government institutions: the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services (LISGIS) for population and area figures, and the National Elections Commission (NEC) for district counts. The map will be updated as new census rounds and administrative changes are published.
