Lofa County has 11 administrative districts — Voinjama, Zorzor, Foya, Wahasa, Kolahun, Salayea, Vahun, Lukameh, Waum, Quardu Boundi and Tengia —
Administrative districts are the primary units of local governance and development administration, each headed by a District Commissioner appointed by the President of Liberia.
